1. About Us
Manna Biotech Private Limited is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U73100TG2021PTC151489), GSTIN 36AAOCM5975F1ZX, with its registered office at 4-7-40/2/A/NR, 3rd & 4th Floor, SMS Plaza, Bapuji Nagar, Nacharam, Hyderabad, Telangana 500076. We provide research and development, scientific training, internships, workshops, student project support, dissertation and thesis support, bioinformatics and data-analysis services, publication and patent/IP documentation support, and related academic and industry services.
2. Services & Eligibility
The scope, duration, deliverables, and fees of each programme are described at the time of enrolment. Enrolment is subject to eligibility criteria, available batch capacity, and institutional norms. Manna Biotech reserves the right to accept, decline, defer, or reschedule any enrolment.
3. Fees & Payment
- All services are fee-based. Fees are decided by Manna Biotech and communicated before enrolment.
- Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% is applied where applicable, as per law.
- Online payments are processed through our authorised payment partner (Cashfree Payments). Manna Biotech does not store your card, UPI, or bank credentials — these are handled solely by the payment gateway under its own security standards.
- Enrolment is confirmed only after the applicable advance or full fee is received and a receipt/invoice is issued.
4. Refunds & Cancellation
Refunds, where applicable, are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before making payment.
5. Student Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information at enrolment.
- Attend sessions, submit work, and meet deadlines as communicated.
- Conduct all work with academic honesty and scientific integrity.
- Carry valid college ID and required documents where requested.
- Comply with laboratory safety rules and institutional norms.
6. Academic Integrity, Publications & Patents
Manna Biotech provides support, guidance, and mentoring. We do not guarantee any publication, patent grant, product success, examination rank, internship-to-job conversion, admission, visa, or research outcome. Authorship on any publication is granted only to those who make a genuine intellectual contribution as per recognised authorship criteria. Manna Biotech does not sell authorship and does not add names to manuscripts without genuine contribution. Patent and IP services are documentation and coordination support only; we are not a law firm and do not file patents directly unless handled by qualified registered professionals.
7. Certificates
Certificates are issued on satisfactory completion of the programme and any required mentor/internal review and approval. Each certificate carries a unique ID and an online verification link. Certificates remain the intellectual property of Manna Biotech and may be withdrawn if obtained through misrepresentation or fraud.
8. Intellectual Property
Course material, content, templates, software, and methods provided by Manna Biotech remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission. Work produced jointly during a programme is governed by the specific programme agreement; where none exists, ownership and usage rights will be discussed and documented in good faith.
9. Limitation of Liability
Manna Biotech's total liability for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the fee paid by the Student for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Data Protection
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By enrolling you consent to such processing.
11. Code of Conduct
Manna Biotech maintains a respectful, harassment-free environment. Misconduct, plagiarism, falsification of data, or breach of safety or institutional rules may result in suspension or termination of enrolment without refund.
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your enrolment governs your enrolment. The current version is always published at www.mannabiotech.com.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal remedies.
