Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance
By accessing the Manna Biotech enrollment platform, paying any fee, or participating in any Manna Biotech program ("Program"), you ("Enroller", "Student", "You") confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the No-Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any clause, you must not proceed with payment.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian written consent if 16–17. We do not enroll persons below 16.
2.2 You confirm that all information you submit (name, mobile, email, qualification, college, guardian phone, identity documents) is true, accurate, current and complete. Manna Biotech may verify any information at any time.
2.3 If you enroll on behalf of an institution, employer, college or third party, you warrant authorisation to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Programs & Scope
3.1 Programs include — and are not limited to — internships, projects, dissertations, workshops, bioinformatics & NGS training, scientific writing, publication support, patent/IP documentation support, CRO-style research support, PhD assistance, R&D documentation support and product-development screening. Each Program description on the website or brochure is the authoritative scope.
3.2 Manna Biotech is a founder-led, scientist-guided Research, Development & Training organization. Manna Biotech is not a degree-granting university, not a law firm, not a clinical-trial CRO under CDSCO/ICMR registration, and not a placement agency.
3.3 Manna Biotech provides support and guidance. Successful publication, patent grant, product development, admission, visa, job, rank or research result is never guaranteed and depends on factors outside Manna Biotech's control.
4. Fees, Taxes & Payment
4.1 All Program fees are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST. GST is applied at 18% (or rate notified under GST Act) and shown separately.
4.2 Booking fee (typically 25% of total) reserves a seat. Full fee is due before access to lab/training/data.
4.3 Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Private Limited; you also accept Cashfree's terms during checkout.
4.4 GST input credit is available only to enrollers who provide a valid GSTIN at the time of payment. Post-payment GSTIN additions are at Manna Biotech's discretion.
4.5 Manna Biotech may revise Program fees at any time without notice; revisions do not affect already-paid enrollments.
5. NO-REFUND POLICY (binding)
5.1 All payments to Manna Biotech are final and strictly non-refundable. This includes booking fees, full fees, partial payments, advance payments, customisation charges, data analysis charges, publication-support charges, patent-support charges, and any add-on fees.
5.2 The non-refund rule applies regardless of whether you start, complete, attend, or change your mind.
5.3 No refunds are issued for:
- change of mind, change of plan, personal reasons, family pressure;
- failure to attend, late arrival, absenteeism, drop-out;
- inability to obtain a college NOC, visa, hostel or commute arrangement;
- dissatisfaction with subjective elements (mentor style, scheduling preferences);
- rejection of a manuscript by a journal, rejection of a patent application, non-acceptance of a project topic, non-grant of admission/visa/job;
- academic integrity violations resulting in expulsion;
- misconduct, harassment, theft, intoxication, or breach of these Terms;
- force majeure (pandemic, lockdown, natural disaster, regulatory shutdown).
5.4 In the rare and exclusive case of a duplicate transaction proven by Cashfree's gateway logs, Manna Biotech will refund the duplicated amount only — net of gateway charges — within 14 working days. No other refund is admissible.
5.5 Credit transfer: at Manna Biotech's sole discretion, an enroller may, within 7 calendar days of payment and before the Program start date, request a one-time transfer of the paid fee to a different Manna Biotech Program of equal or higher value. This is a courtesy, not a right.
6. Conduct & Code of Ethics
6.1 You will follow all lab safety rules, attendance norms, dress code, and supervisor instructions.
6.2 Plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, ghost authorship, sale of authorship, AI-generated content submitted as your own, and any academic misconduct are forbidden and result in immediate expulsion without refund and reporting to your college/university.
6.3 Authorship on any Manna-Biotech-supported manuscript is granted only when ICMJE authorship criteria are genuinely met (substantial contribution, drafting/critical revision, final approval, accountability). Manna Biotech does not sell, trade or guarantee authorship.
6.4 Patent inventorship is determined strictly by genuine inventive contribution under the Patents Act, 1970 (India). Manna Biotech does not sell, trade or guarantee inventorship.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All teaching content, slide decks, SOPs, lab protocols, code, brand assets, logo, software, JOHA AI prompts, MB-EIS portal, and the marks "Manna Biotech", "Manna Educare", "Mannova Life Sciences", "Café Manna" are the exclusive property of Manna Biotech Pvt Ltd or its licensors.
7.2 You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use these materials only for your enrolled Program and only for personal academic purposes.
7.3 Project deliverables you create with Manna Biotech support are jointly owned (you + Manna Biotech) unless a separate written assignment is signed. Manna Biotech reserves the right to anonymise and use any project for case studies, marketing, training, internal benchmarks and publication.
7.4 You may not record, screenshot, screencast, screen-share or redistribute any Manna Biotech session, lecture, document or chat without prior written permission.
8. Data, Privacy & Communication
8.1 By enrolling, you consent to Manna Biotech and its group entities (Manna Educare, Mannova Life Sciences, Café Manna) contacting you by call, SMS, email and WhatsApp for service, transactional and reasonable marketing purposes.
8.2 You may opt-out of marketing only (not transactional) at any time by writing to privacy@mannabiotech.com.

9. Cross-Sell within the Manna Ecosystem
9.1 Cross-sell offers from Manna Educare (overseas education), Mannova Life Sciences (R&D / diagnostics) and Café Manna (functional food) may be presented to you. These are optional. Acceptance does not affect your Manna Biotech Program.
9.2 Each entity has its own terms and pricing.
10. Liability & Indemnity
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Manna Biotech's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to any Program is limited to the fee paid by you for that Program.
10.2 Manna Biotech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity, lost rank, lost admission, or lost reputation.
10.3 You will indemnify Manna Biotech, its founders, directors, employees and affiliates from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misconduct, your misrepresentation, your infringement of third-party rights, or your violation of any law.
11. Force Majeure
Manna Biotech is not liable for any failure or delay caused by acts of god, war, terrorism, riot, pandemic, government order, lockdown, internet/electricity outage, supplier failure or any cause beyond reasonable control. Programs may be paused or moved online without refund.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. Disputes shall first be attempted in good faith negotiation; failing which, arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Hyderabad and conducted in English.
13. Modifications
Manna Biotech may amend these Terms at any time. The version effective on the date of your payment governs that enrollment. Subsequent amendments apply to subsequent enrollments only.
14. Severability
If any clause is held invalid, the rest survives.
