Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. No-Refund Policy
All fees paid to Manna Biotech Private Limited are non-refundable. Once a payment is made and enrolment is confirmed, the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to: a change of mind, voluntary discontinuation, non-attendance, failure to submit work, personal or academic reasons, or dissatisfaction with an outcome.
2. Why Fees Are Non-Refundable
Each enrolment immediately commits Manna Biotech's resources — a reserved seat in a limited batch, mentor allocation, laboratory and material planning, scheduling, and administrative processing. These commitments are made the moment you enrol and cannot be recovered. The fee reflects this advance commitment, not merely attendance.
3. No Refund for Discontinuation or Misconduct
No refund is payable if a Student voluntarily discontinues, withdraws, fails to attend, fails to submit work, or has enrolment terminated for misconduct, plagiarism, falsification of data, or breach of our Terms & Conditions or institutional norms.
4. No Guarantee Clause
Fees are paid for the delivery of support, guidance, training, and mentoring. They are not contingent on any outcome. Manna Biotech does not guarantee publication, patent grant, product success, examination rank, job placement, admission, visa, or any research result. A refund cannot be claimed on the ground that a desired outcome was not achieved.
5. Limited Exceptions
A refund will be considered only in the following two situations, which are not "change of mind" cases:
- Cancellation by Manna Biotech: If Manna Biotech cancels a batch or service entirely for reasons attributable solely to us and is unable to offer a suitable alternative batch, the fee paid for that batch/service will be refunded, or you may opt to transfer to the next available batch at no extra cost.
- Duplicate or failed transaction: If you are charged more than once for the same enrolment, or are charged for a transaction that failed, the excess/erroneous amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
No exception other than the two above applies.
6. Batch Transfer (in place of refund)
At the sole discretion of Manna Biotech, one batch transfer may be permitted before commencement, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee. This is offered as a goodwill alternative and does not create any entitlement to a refund.
7. How an Eligible Refund Is Processed
Where a refund is payable under Section 5, send a written request to admin@mannabiotech.com from your registered email stating your name, registration number, programme, and payment transaction ID. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, less payment-gateway charges, and a credit note is issued where GST adjustment applies.
8. Disputes
Any dispute relating to refunds is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. We encourage you to first raise the matter with us for good-faith resolution.
