Strict No-Refund Policy
1. Plain-language summary (for parents and guardians)
Manna Biotech is a founder-led research, training and student-project ecosystem. We block scientist time, lab consumables, mentor calendars, software seats, and program-administration capacity the moment you pay. Once you pay, the seat is yours and the cost is committed. We do not refund.
2. Detailed policy
2.1 All payments to Manna Biotech are non-refundable, regardless of reason. This applies to booking fees, full fees, partial payments, top-ups, customisation, data analysis, publication, patent, project, internship, workshop, CRO-style services, PhD assistance, lab and software fees.
2.2 The non-refund rule applies whether or not you start, complete, or attend the Program.
2.3 Examples we explicitly do not refund for (illustrative, not exhaustive):
- Change of mind, change of college, change of city, change of guardian opinion
- Loss of motivation, time-management failure, exam clash, placement clash
- Failure of college NOC, visa, hostel, transport
- Outcome dissatisfaction (publication rejection, patent rejection, no-admission, no-job, no-grade)
- Force majeure (pandemic, lockdown, natural disaster, regulatory shutdown) — in such cases the Program may be moved online
- Behavioural / disciplinary expulsion
- Family financial change after payment
2.4 Sole exception — duplicate transaction: if Cashfree's logs prove a duplicate charge for the same enrollment, the duplicated amount only is refunded within 14 working days, net of gateway charges.
2.5 Sole goodwill option — credit transfer: within 7 calendar days of payment AND before the Program start date, you may apply (in writing) to transfer the paid fee to another Manna Biotech Program of equal or greater value. Approval is at Manna Biotech's sole discretion. Difference, if any, is payable by you. After 7 days, the credit lapses and is non-transferable.
2.6 Refunds, when issued under 2.4, are paid only to the original Cashfree-recorded source instrument. We do not pay to a different account.
2.7 GST already remitted to the Government cannot be reclaimed by Manna Biotech and is therefore not refundable to you.
3. Acceptance
By clicking the consent checkbox at enrollment, you confirm that this policy was read, understood and accepted by you (and your guardian, if applicable) before payment.
