Privacy Policy

What we collect

Name, mobile, email, guardian phone, qualification, college, address (when provided), payment metadata (Cashfree handles the card itself), enrollment notes, attendance, project work, communications.

Lawful basis

Contract (your enrollment), consent (marketing), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention), legal obligation (GST, tax, audit).

How we use it

To deliver your Program, issue invoices/receipts, communicate with you, provide founder-led mentoring, route eligible profiles to Manna Educare for overseas-education guidance and to Café Manna for student meal subscriptions, improve our services, and comply with law.

Who we share it with

Cashfree (payment), MS365/Resend/Meta WhatsApp (communication), Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting), our auditors and lawyers (when required), and government authorities (when required by law). We do NOT sell personal data. We do NOT share with advertisers.

Retention

Enrollment data: 8 years (tax statute). Audit logs: 5 years. Training material access logs: 2 years.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion (subject to legal retention) by writing to privacy@mannabiotech.com. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies for portal authentication and analytics only.

Children

We do not knowingly enroll persons under 16. 16–17 requires guardian consent.

Cross-border

Data may be processed in regions where Supabase, Cashfree, MS365 or Resend operate (India, EU, US). All transfers are contractually protected.
